Lazy jacquard knitting principle:
most often the pattern is knitted in two contrasting colors, less often in three;
each row in the diagram is knitted twice, with a thread of the same color: for example, we knit the painted squares with front loops, white ones – we remove the loop without knitting, the second row also, but instead of the front we knit with the wrong one, if the fabric is straight;
the next two rows are knitted in the same way with a thread of a different color (white squares are knitted with front ones, painted over – loops are removed)
