NEW YEAR SALADS

Salad “Narcissus”

To prepare you will need:

boiled chicken – 200 g
onion – 2 pcs
eggs (cooked in steep) – 4 pcs
fried mushrooms – 300 g
cheese – 100 g
potatoes boiled in a uniform – 2 pieces
boiled carrots – 2 pieces
mayonnaise
sour cream or sauce “Calvet with forest mushrooms”
greenery
salt to taste
Cooking method:

Onion cut into cubes. Scald half the onion with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes.

Fry the other half of the onion with chopped mushrooms.

Chicken cut into small cubes.

On a flat dish lay out salad layers:

1st layer: grated potatoes and ½ scalded onion

2nd layer: mayonnaise

3rd layer: chicken meat and ½ scalded onion

4th layer: sour cream or “Calvet with wild mushrooms” sauce

5th layer: fried mushrooms with onions

6th layer: “Calvet with wild mushrooms” sauce

7th layer: grated cheese

8th layer: mayonnaise

9th layer: grated 1.5 pcs. carrots

10th layer: mayonnaise

11th layer: grated yolks

12th layer: mayonnaise

13th layer: grated squirrels

chopped greens around the edge

Top we put the “flowers” of boiled carrots and green onions

Salad “Candle”

To prepare you will need:

boiled potatoes – 2 pieces
boiled eggs – 3 pcs
minced meat – 200 g
onion – 1 pc
hard cheese – 150 g
mayonnaise or thick sour cream
To decorate:

dill
pepper sweet red and yellow
prunes
boiled carrots
Cooking method:

Boil the potatoes in a uniform, peel, grate on a coarse grater, a little salt and put on a plate in the form of a salad.

Put a layer of minced meat, pre-fried in butter with finely chopped onions. Lightly grease with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with grated proteins. (Leave one of the whites and a half of the yolk to decorate the salad.) Slightly smear with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and grated protein.

Make a “wick” candles from strips cut from prunes.

Put a candle light with yolk, then boiled grated carrots, put a slice of bell pepper and prunes on top.

 

From dill put green twigs.
From the red pepper cut decorative bow and put on the salad.
