250 grams of pump or special rice for risotto
1 liter of vegetable broth or fish
200 grams of assorted mushrooms
150 grams of peeled prawns
50 grams of butter
50 grams of Parmesan cheese
120 milliliters of white wine

1 pinch of pepper

We put a casserole over medium heat with a little oil. Once hot, sauté the mushrooms and, when done, add the peeled prawns. We give them a turn, we take out and we reserve.
